My firstborn daughter awakened in me a concern for what we were consuming that I never considered before. I desired to be a mother who keeps the home fires burning, who rules her domain from the heart of the home, and contributes to lifelong health for my family members through a thriving, vibrant kitchen. We found natural ways to combat her eczema and feed us well, and a crunchy mama was born. 5 kids later, Hearthmother Goods was born out of a simple pursuit...to not get sick so dang often! Being the parent of lots of little germ factories (otherwise known as children) we learned to dread cold and flu season and regularly entered into depression at the peak of winter... stuck for weeks indoors with coughing kids. Traditional herbal remedies were such a huge success in reducing the sick time of our own family, that we began receiving requests to share them.
