We use only organic ingredients: raw apple cider vinegar, raw honey, ginger, garlic, onion, horseradish, jalapeno, turmeric, thyme, and oregano. 

8 liquid ounces, 16 tablespoon servings per bottle. A daily dose for adults and older children is 1 Tablespoon. Children 1 year-5 years may have one teaspoon. Pro mom tip: dilute in orange juice! do not serve to children under 12 months, honey is unsafe for infants
