USAGE AND SAFETY

Use daily or as needed up to 4 times per day.

Kids 2 - 6 years: 5 drops
Kids 7 - 12 years: 10 drops
Adults 13+: 20 drops

Safe for ages 2+.

Shelf life: 2 years.

Use with caution if you are on blood pressure, blood clotting, or blood thinning medications. This is due to cinnamon; however, the risk is very small.

Use with caution if you have diabetes or an auto-immune disease. Echinacea and cinnamon can have varying effects on those conditions and medications, but the risk is usually very small.

Shipping

We ship our freshly made syrups once a week on Mondays. Orders placed BEFORE 12 p.m. PT on Monday will be packaged on Monday and shipped that day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. PT Monday will be shipped the following Monday. Please note holidays sometimes affect our shipping schedule. We'll keep you updated with any changes in shipping.All syrups are shipped COLD in an insulated pouch with ice packs, which thaw gradually in transit. If your product is not cold when it arrives, this is OK. Our syrups have been successfully tested for safety and quality at elevated temps for several days. Be sure to refrigerate immediately upon arrival. Contact us with any questions!We ship most packages through USPS or UPS, and tracking information will be automatically e-mailed to you on our shipping days.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 (in the United States).
Orders under $75. will incur shipping fees based on current rates.

Return/Refund Policy

If any items are damaged during transport, please send a photo of the damaged items, and we will replace them free of charge.
To process any refund/replacements, orders must be marked as delivered. (We cannot process refunds or replacements for orders still in transit.)
We do not guarantee the integrity, safety, or Best By date of any products not stored in their original packaging.
We do not replace items due to user errors such as not storing at the proper temperature after shipment is received.
