USAGE AND SAFETY:

• 20 drops, 2-3x per day as needed.

• Menstrual Support: Start taking 3 days before your period for best results.

  Begin taking Ease the Ache at 1 full dropper per day, 2 - 3 days before your period is supposed to start. Continue taking it once per day until your period ends. You can take it 2 - 3 times per day during the worst cramping.

• Postpartum Support: Take 20 drops every 3 - 4 hours for the first 2 or 3 days or until afterpains stop.
